2. Where Am I Willing to Show Up Consistently?

Not where you should be.
Where you can realistically return to.

That might mean:

• one main platform (like Instagram)

• one long-term support channel (email, blog, or Pinterest)

Visibility doesn’t require everywhere.
It requires somewhere - consistently.

3. What Can I Reuse Without Burning Out?

This is where most systems fail.

If your visibility depends on:

• constant creativity

• high energy

• perfect timing

It won’t last.

A real system includes:

• repeating your core message

• rotating a few content types

• knowing what to post even when you’re tired

The goal isn’t excitement.
It’s sustainability.

What This System Looks Like in Practice

Instead of asking:

“What should I post today?”

You’re asking:

“Which part of my message needs repeating?”

Instead of disappearing when life gets busy, you have:

• go-to topics

• familiar formats

• permission to keep it simple
